By accessing and using Grooply, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Grooply is a task management and collaboration platform that allows users to create, organize, and share tasks, notes, and projects with friends, family, and team members. The service includes features such as real-time synchronization, media support, notifications, and multi-language support.

To use Grooply, you must create an account. You are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials • All activities that occur under your account • Providing accurate and complete information when creating your account • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You agree not to use the service to: • Violate any laws or regulations • Infringe upon the rights of others • Transmit any harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' accounts • Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers • Use automated systems to access the service without permission

You retain ownership of all content you create or upload to Grooply. By using the service, you grant Grooply a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service. Grooply and its trademarks, logos, and service marks are the property of Grooply and may not be used without permission.

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grooply shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Grooply, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any rights of another.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the 'Last Updated' date. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Grooply operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or the service shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the jurisdiction where Grooply operates.

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

Grooply offers auto-renewable subscriptions to access premium features. By subscribing, you agree to the following: • Subscription Title: Grooply Pro Subscription • Subscription Length: Subscriptions are available on a monthly basis • Pricing: Subscription prices are displayed in the app and may vary by region. Prices are subject to change with notice • Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period • Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase • Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current subscription period • Refunds: Refunds are handled in accordance with Apple's refund policy. You may request a refund through Apple's customer support • Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices. You will be notified of any price changes, and the new price will apply to your next subscription period • No Refund for Unused Period: You will not receive a refund for any unused portion of your subscription period

These Terms of Service (also referred to as End User License Agreement or EULA), together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Grooply regarding the use of the service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
